Stride provided comprehensive development consultation in 2005 for Terrazzo on Winnipeg’s popular Corydon Avenue strip. The plan and design for this mixed use development included street level commercial retail space; second floor office space; and 36 residential units above.
Park Place
Winnipeg, Manitoba
Stride was engaged by Regina based Fourth Capital Inc. in 2005 to plan a mixed use condominium and commercial development on an existing site on Winnipeg’s Portage Avenue. Overlooking Assiniboine Park, Park Place featured 24 luxury condo units over 3400 sf of commercial retail space.
Century Lofts

Stride was engaged as owner’s rep for Colorado based Becker Communities in 2001 to explore various opportunities for this 40,000 sf grade III heritage warehouse building in Winnipeg’s historic Exchange District.
False Creek Towers
Vancouver, British Columbia
Stride was engaged by Vancouver’s Da Roza Architects to provide a comprehensive feasibility analysis of this project. The development consisted of 220 condominium units in two towers plus 12 townhomes at the base, and commercial spaces all totalling 286,658 square feet.
Lake Point Village

Stride along with Stantec proposed this 60 acre development consisting of 50 single family lots; 96 multifamily units in four buildings and a 36 room hotel on the site of the Winnipeg Beach Golf Course.
The Bungalows at Loni Beach

Stride was engaged by Champs Properties in 2006 to propose this 60 Unit resort bungalow development on 12 acres of property in Gimli’s Loni Beach area.

Stride proposed this 40 unit condominium complex on Niakwa Road for existing ownership group.
Riverboat Landing

Stride proposed this 60 unit condominium complex to be situated on the banks of Winnipeg’s Red River. Overlooking St. John’s Park, this development was to be multi-phased and include a seasonal private marina.
Waterfront Landing

Stride, along with Colorado based Becker Communities, and working with Smith Carter Architects & Man-Shield Construction, submitted a comprehensive proposal which featured a 64 unit condominium and townhome project on the site of the recently demolished Amy Street Steam Plant on Winnipeg’s Waterfront Drive.

Stride, along with Winnipeg’s Trico Developments and Priority Realty Inc., proposed and planned this 60 unit condominium project for a 2 acre site at St. Mary’s Road at Warde Avenue in South St. Vital.
City Square

Stride proposed this 320 unit apartment development in 2002, comprising two 24 storey towers above Winnipeg’s first true downtown grocery store to be connected to the skywalk system at Graham Avenue between Smith and Garry Street in downtown Winnipeg.

Stride, on behalf of an ownership consortium, worked toward developing this Sports & Retail Multiplex in South Winnipeg in 2002. This unique development was to have 4 hockey rinks and an indoor soccer pitch, along with an extensive retail and office component.
