After receiving a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from New York University in 1987, Jay Lev attended Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture for the inaugural year of its Real Estate Development Program.
At this time, Mr. Lev joined the international design-build & engineering firm Sverdrup Corporation as an Associate Project Manager in their New York City office, before returning to Canada to join Jegray Development as Development Manager.
In 1993, Mr. Lev landed in Vancouver as Vice President of Development for Aldamar, a Vancouver based land development company, and in 1996 went on to start Stride Development Corporation.
