Stride Development Corporation oversaw the asset positioning of 1011 Pembina Hwy on behalf of Pembina Hotel (2014) Ltd. Subsequently, Stride facilitated the acquisition of this 2 acre site on behalf of Sustainable Equity Partners. In doing so, Stride played a key role in contract negotiation pertaining to the site acquisition and is participating in a financing component for the project.

This exciting state of the art project will feature a 10 storey 224 unit mixed use apartment development designed by BLDG Architecture and built by Pre-Con Builders. Construction is slated to commence in summer of 2023 with completion in 2025.
