Stride provided site selection; contract negotiation pertaining to land acquisition; and planning & development consultation for this 125 room hotel on behalf of Winnipeg based OHG (Owens Hospitality Group) located in the Stonebridge area of South Saskatoon. This $35 Mil project is slated to open this August 2016.

Erin Ridge Retirement Residence
St. Albert, Alberta

Stride provided site selection; contract negotiation pertaining to land acquisition; planning and development consultation services for this prestigious 180 suite Retirement Residence being developed in St. Albert.  Developed, owned, and operated by Toronto based All Seniors Care Living Centres, Erin Ridge will be their 5th such facility in the Edmonton area. Construction on this $50 Mil project commenced in fall 2014 for completion in spring 2016.

Sage Hill Retirement Residence
Calgary, Alberta

Stride provided site selection; contract negotiation pertaining to land acquisition; planning and development consultation services for this prestigious 180 suite Retirement Residence being developed in the rapidly growing NW area of Calgary. Developed, owned, and operated by Toronto based All Seniors Care Living Centres, construction on this $50 Mil project commenced in late 2014 for completion in spring 2016.

River Ridge Retirement Residence Phase II
Winnipeg, Manitoba

Stride provided site selection; contract negotiation pertaining to land acquisition; planning and development consultation services for this prestigious 180 suite Retirement Residence being developed on the banks of the Red River in North Winnipeg, adjacent to River Ridge Retirement Residence (see below).  Developed, owned, and operated by Toronto based All Seniors Care Living Centres, River Ridge Phase II will be their 6th project in Winnipeg. Construction on this $50 Mil commenced in fall 2014 with completion in spring 2016.

Mainstay Suites
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Stride provided site selection; contract negotiation pertaining to land acquisition; planning and development consultation services for this 101 room extended stay hotel on behalf of Winnipeg based OHG (Owens Hospitality Group) located at Saskatoon Airport in the immediately adjacent Aerogreen Business Park. This $25 Mil project opened in early 2015.

Sky City
Winnipeg, Manitoba

Stride provided site selection services for Toronto based Fortress Real Developments, as well as, land assembly, contract negotiation pertaining to land acquisition and development consulting for Winnipeg based Oggi Investments Ltd. in 2013.  This planned vertical village of 400 condos in a 47 storey tower is to feature a 25,000 sf grocery store with up to 100,000 sf commercial office space on a multi-level podium base. The project, estimated at $200 Mil, is slated to commence in 2017.

Stride provided site selection; contract negotiation pertaining to land acquisition; planning and development consultation services for this prestigious first class 181 suite Retirement Residence. Construction has commenced with completion projected for Summer of 2014.




Auburn Bay Retirement Residence
Calgary, Alberta

Stride provided site selection; contract negotiation pertaining to land acquisition; planning and development consultation services for this prestigious first class 187 suite Retirement Residence being developed in the growing Southeast Region of Calgary directly across from South Health Campus the City's newest and largest hospital. Construction has commenced with completion scheduled for early 2014.

Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites
Regina, Saskatchewan

Stride sourced this site in Regina's dynamic east side and facilitated the land acquisition on behalf of Winnipeg based OHG (Owens Hospitality Group). This 100 room hotel is to be completed in December of 2012.

Stride provided site selection; contract negotiation pertaining to land acquisition; planning and development consultation services for this prestigious first class 167 suite Retirement Residence being developed in Southeast Edmonton's Millwoods area. Developed, owned and operated by Toronto based All Seniors Care Living Centres, Laurel Heights will be their 3rd such facility in Edmonton. Construction of this $40 Mil project commenced in September 2010.


Preston Park II Retirement Residence
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Stride provided site selection; contract negotiation pertaining to land acquisition; planning and development consultation services for this prestigious first class 167 suite Retirement Residence being developed in South Saskatoon. Developed, owned and operated by Toronto based All Seniors Care Living Centres, Preston Park II will be their 2nd such facility in Saskatoon (see below for Preston Park Phase I). Construction on this $40 Mil project commenced in August 2010.

Stride sourced the 2.4 acre site and facilitated the subsequent land acquisition for this 101 room extended stay hotel, the first of its kind in Winnipeg, on behalf of Toronto based Choice Hotels International and Winnipeg based King Edward Mainstay Group. Construction on the hotel commenced in the fall of 2009.

Stride provided site selection and land assembly; contract negotiation pertaining to land acquisition; and planning consultation services for this prestigious first class 167 suite Retirement Residence to be developed, owned, and operated by Toronto based All Seniors Care Living Centres. Construction on this $45 Mil development is scheduled to commence in Spring 2009.

Stride was engaged by Regina based Fourth Capital Inc. in 2005 to plan a mixed use condominium and commercial development on an existing site on Winnipeg's Portage Avenue. Overlooking Assiniboine Park, Park Place featured 24 luxury condo units over 3400 sf of commercial retail space.

Stride was engaged by Vancouver’s Da Roza Architects to provide a comprehensive feasibility analysis of this $50 Mil project. The development consisted of 220 condominium units in two towers plus 12 townhomes at the base, and commercial spaces all totalling 286,658 square feet.

Preferred Parking Portfolio
Charlotte, North Carolina

Stride was the prime consultant and provided a comprehensive acquisition strategy to Vancouver-based Universal Parking Inc. (U-Park) during their bid to acquire the assets of Charlotte based Preferred Parking Service Inc. The assets included 60 parking lots with 10,000 stalls which represented 70% of downtown Charlotte’s parking supply.
